Friday September 26, 2008 Happy Friday. I'm off for a day and then go back to work for the weekend. I left work last night and it was daylight, when I arrived at the RV Park it was quite dark. But, its been warm all week and will be 80s and sunny today. I'll just drive into work in the morning. The great thing about the park is they have cable T.V. and high speed internet. I just open the laptop and I'm on the WWW.
We almost adopted a dog this week. I was getting my hair cut Tuesday evening and the lady next to me was telling the stylist she had to give away her Bichon. She said her poor little dog is dying of loneliness. It seems her boys are off to collage and she and her husband have been working long hours. The dog is seven ,a male, named Harley. Bichons are very needy, and I can well imagine that he mopes around all day just waiting for them to come home. She gave me her phone number, but I haven't called. I think Clyde would do it in a minute. We really don't know about the dogs health, habits, etc. Vet bills. background=""Grooming is a biggie, too. I pay $40.00 every 6 weeks. Would need to double that. We should brush Bella everyday but we don't. Bichons are white, need I say more? I really think Bella would benefit from a brother. She loves to play with other dogs. We still haven't totally ruled it out. I want to see that little Harley has a good home. But we don't know if it is us. Have a great weekend,

Tuesday September 23, 2008 I'm back. I almost decided not to blog again. I've been having trouble getting into wordpress lately. I don't really like the spam, etc. Can't get the hang of it. So, I thought I'd try to add the blog to my main page. I have my site on my home page on I.E. I thought if I had to look at it everyday it might inspire me. We had a fantastic summer at the campground this year. Our children and grandchildren visited often. We've made many good friends while camping. I can just ride out after work for a night, weekend and a week. I was able to take five weeks off this summer! And I still have time off. I still babysit every Tuesday and just love it. Clyde and I usually take the kids to the zoo, Meijer Gardens, or the Mall or Museum if it's raining. We went to Meijer Gardens today. They have a beautiful Kids area. Carley, the 17 month old, loves to play in the water and gets soaking wet every time. I've gotten smart and strip her down to her diaper. We're usually alone because she sprays everyone that comes near her. She thinks its great fun. Gavin, the 4 year old, goes to pre-school every Tues and Thurs so grandma drops him off and picks him up. He needs to be the helper in October so his Papa will do the honors. Bella will be celebrating her 6th Birthday this week. It seems like yesterday she was just a puppy. I'm off to get my hair cut and colored tonight. Take care,
